A NEW YOU Wellness Center takes a new approach to develop an effective patient care partnership with local hospitals and assisted living to enhance seniors lives through value-based care programs designed to deliver positive outcomes. At ANY our mission is to enable healthcare organizations to improve the lives of the senior patients through our unique wellness program and artificial skin grafting. This allows us to identify high risk patients, improve patient outcomes of chronic wounds, face to face patient engagement, patient retention positive experience, and create healthcare dialog with providers.
Mobile Wound Care
Here at ANY, we focus on chronic and unhealed open wounds that have been a source of pain and discomfort to our senior patients. With the weekly treatments in the comfort of the patient's home setting, artificial skin grafts are placed by our Certified Wound Care Specialist.

We also handle any lab orders sent from physician with 24–48-hour turnaround. From Covid-19 screening to Autoimmune Deficiency screening. We have open clinic hours Monday-Friday from 5pm-8:30 pm.

With over 10 years in the healthcare industry, I seen a desperate need for mobile clinics for our seniors and more importantly those without proper transportation to chronic wound care centers. My love for the senior community and the concern of lack of resources for proper care, I birthed A New You! A mobile wound care clinic with all other medical services available.
